Pier Luigi Foschi has left each position held at Carnival Corporation, Costa Cruises and Carnival Asia.t’s the same cruise group to make it known, stating that it has signed with the Italian manager a formal agreement that provides, among other terms, a covenant not to compete and confidentiality, as well as a general waiver to any lawsuit or litigation against the Carnival itself, its affiliates and officers.
Because of this Carnival Corp. will recognize Foschi a severance payment of € 1.25 million.
He joined Costa Crociere in 1997, Pier Luigi Foschi has been Chief Executive Officer of the Company until July of 2012 and also its President since 2000.
Since September 2012 he was appointed supervisor of the growth strategies of the Carnival Group in Asia.
